Eight blue light phones have been installed and activated within the Civic Center Garage. There are four phones on the upper level of the garage and four phones on the lower level. When activated, these phones will call the Monitor and Reaction Center (MRC), where security dispatchers will be able to provide assistance.
After pressing the phone button, the blue light will begin to flash indicating that the call is being made. Once the phone is answered and the matter is addressed, the phone is reset and the light will stop flashing.
