Please be advised that the parking garage will temporarily have a single helix ramp operational while we conduct maintenance on the parking garage ramps.
Traffic flow for navigating the parking garage is being regulated by a traffic light system that is functioning on a timer.
For everyone’s safety, traffic lights have been added to the garage to ensure that the helix ramps are clear before new traffic enters the area.
– Stop on Red.
– Go on Green.
MAPCO Parking has begun maintenance in the parking garage at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport.
Maintenance will be conducted over the course of the Summer 2025 and is expected to last until the end of August.
During this time sections of the garage will be sectioned off to prevent vehicles from parking in maintenance areas.
Maintenance signage is posted to help you navigate the parking garage as traffic patterns will be changing frequently in the garage.
Premium Parking has been moved to Level 2 East to continue to accommodate anyone who has made a reservation.
Look for the purple lights for the reserved parking area.
