Airlines require that you arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight departure time. This will allow you time to park, check-in, and go through the screening process.

The Greater Rochester International Airport is open 24 hours a day, ticket counters open as early as 4:00 a.m. and screening checkpoints open at 4:30 a.m.

Yes, the height restrictions vary throughout the airport, please see the list below:

  • Arrival & Departures level at the terminal is 12 feet and 6 inches.
  • Long Term Garage is a 7 foot clearance.
  • Short Term Hourly Lot is 12 foot clearance.
  • Weekly Lot is 12 foot clearance.
  • Yellow Shuttle Lot is 13 feet and 6 inches.
  • Red Shuttle Lot is 13 feet and 6 inches.
