Q: How often do the airport shuttle busses run?
A: Shuttles run approximately every fifteen minutes and operate 24hrs a day.
Q: Do I need a reservation to park?
A: The only location that requires you to have a reservation is Valet.

Q: How do I redeem my rewards cards?

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex). We accept cash (except in the Airport Valet), personal and cashier checks.
Q: Who can I contact regarding lost and found?

Q: How do I sign up for the Employee Parking Program?
A: To inquire about our ROC Employee Parking Program, contact us at (585) 292-4900
Q: Do I need a reservation to park at the ROC?
A: No. Reservations are not needed for any of our parking facilities, as we provide ample parking. If you are using our Airport Valet Service and would like to make a reservation in advance, click here.

Q: How early should I arrive before my flight
A: Airlines require that you arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight departure time. This will allow you time to park, check-in and go through the screening process. The Greater Rochester International Airport is open 24 hours a day, ticket counters open as early as 4:00 a.m. and screening checkpoints open at 4:30 a.m.

Q: Is there a charging station at ROC Airport?
A: Yes, the charging station can be found on the lower level, across from the breeze way and terminal entrance. 

Q: Can I park my bicycle at the airport?
A: Yes, bicycle parking is available at the airport on the lower level.  For additional information about this program please click here
