MAPCO has had the privilege of being the parking operator at Frontier Field since the first ball was thrown in 1996. Our surface lots are composed of over 2, 835 spaces, which are part of Kodak’s Lot C and Lot D. In addition, we manage the VIP lot located by the ticket box office.

Q: If it rains and the game is cancelled, will you refund parking?
A: No, we do not offer parking rainchecks.

Q: How early do the parking lots open prior to the game?
A: Evenings, the parking lots open at 5:30pm and other times one and a half hours prior to the first pitch.

Q: Where can I park during a day game?
A: Suite holders and handicap stickers can use the VIP Lot. We offer limited parking in the  D Lot.

Q: Are the parking facilities secured?
A: Our parking areas are monitored by video surveillance. 

Q: Can we tailgate?
A: No.

Q: Do you have handicapp spots available?
A: Yes, for the general public in Lots C and D.

Q: How can I obtain a season parking pass?
A: Prior to the beginning of the season by calling the frontier field office at (585) 262-2009.

Q: Can we pay for parking using a credit card or personal check?
A: No. We accept cash only.

Q: Can we leave the parking facility and come back?
A: There are no in and out privileges.
